Team New Hope: Our Hot Springs Location

This month, we're showcasing our crew over at our Hot Springs New Hope Prosthetics & Orthotics location! You'll find us at 1635 Higdon Ferry Suite F in the Higdon Center (although the most recognizable "office" just two doors down from us is a delicious little store called Chicken World). Every time a new patient calls us for for directions, we tend to use the local landmarks to help direct them our way! But once you manage to find our location, you'll be immediately greeted by our incredible full-time staff.

Laura Brady is our office administrator, and she's usually the first friendly face you'll see when you walk through our doors. Jordan Galster is our prosthetic and orthotic practitioner, and Malone Otwell is our prosthetic resident. You may also strike up a conversation with the awesome Jane Talley, who is our regional administrator.

Laura shared with us why she chose to join our staff at New Hope, which was initially based on our namesake - we're in the business of new hope. She has been with the New Hope Prosthetics & Orthotics family for over three years, and it touches her heart when she sees a patient who seemed to be broken from the loss of their ability or who they once was rediscover their hope after becoming one of our beloved patients.

We serve a variety of patients with many different needs, ranging from veterans to amputees to children who may simply need an arm brace from a fall. Whether it's a prosthetic, a foot brace, or a walking boot, we're in the business to serve our patients to the best of our ability, no matter their individual needs.

Our Hot Springs location prides itself on always doing its best to get our patients back to their best, which is really what making hope happen is all about.
