Team New Hope: Our North Little Rock Location
This month, we’re showcasing our North Little Rock New Hope Prosthetics and Orthotics location and its incredible staff. You'll find us at 4186 East McCain Boulevard, Suite 40, near McCain Mall. You'll find us in the shopping center containing Bed, Bath, & Beyond and PetSmart, and next door to Painting With a Twist.
You'll be greeted with a smile by Angie, who works our front desk. One simple word to describe her? Passionate!
In our billing office, Char communicates with all insurance companies, resolving any questions that our patients may have regarding provided services. She is our "rover" here at New Hope, meaning you never know which office you may see her in. But wherever she goes, she's always there to help. Her favorite quote is "nothing beats a failure but a try," which she applies every day on the job. She came to New Hope on a whim to assist a friend with billing, and what she found was a family with values, who truly exercises care and compassion for our patients.
Our practitioners, Steve and Nick, take amazing care of our patients. Steve takes care of both prosthetics and orthotics and also specializes in diabetic shoes and insert fittings. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make our patients' experiences with New Hope Prosthetics & Orthotics pleasant. Nick is in the office on Fridays, and he's known as our "go-to" guy. As the saying goes, if there's a will, there's a way, and Nick will always get it done.
Our North Little Rock location serves many VA patients, and primarily focuses on orthotics and diabetic shoes. We love each and every one of our patients here, and we'll work hard to provide the best care possible for their needs. We once had a patient who told Nick on his first visit, "Let's get this done. I have ducks to kill in a few weeks," as he was determined not to miss out on the upcoming season. Determination is just one of the many amazing qualities we see from our patients every single day.
What does make hope happen mean to us? Regardless of the situation, we believe that, together, faith, hope, and love will never fail.
